The short list of things Adminmate must not be used for.
The short version
The list
No spam. The assistant messages your own customers about their own jobs and money. It is not a broadcast tool and we will not let it become one.
No harassment. Invoice chasing is capped at three attempts, stays polite, and stops the moment a customer replies or pays. Those caps are built in and are not settings.
No pretending. The assistant answers in your business's name and never claims to be a human when asked. Using it to deceive callers is not allowed.
Nothing unlawful. If we find the service being used to break the law, we will suspend the account and tell you why.
This is the short version, written to be read. The full legal wording is being prepared with our solicitors and will sit below this summary before we take on our first paying customer. The short version is the deal as we mean it, and we stand behind it.
