Data processing agreement
Your customers' data is yours. This is the shape of the agreement that keeps it that way.
The short version
Who is who
For your customers' data, you are the controller and Adminmate is your processor. In plain terms: it is your customer list, and we handle it only to run your office, on your instructions.
We process it to answer your calls, send your documents, chase your invoices and keep your records. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not use it to train AI models.
The commitments
We keep it secure, we keep it in the UK where it is stored, we tell you without undue delay if anything goes wrong, and we delete it when you tell us to or when you leave.
Sub-processors (the companies that run our hosting, telephony and AI) are listed for you on request and held to the same standard.
A signed DPA for your records will be available before we take on our first paying customer. If you need one today, ask and we will sort it with you directly.
