Is it worth it?
Against a person

Is there VAT on top?
No. £99 is £99 and £169 is £169. We are not VAT registered, so nothing is added at the checkout. Worth knowing if you are VAT registered yourself: it also means there is no VAT on our invoice for you to reclaim.
Is there a free trial?
Not on here. Signing up on the website is £99 a month from the day you start, and you can cancel in one tap if it is not for you. We kept it simple on purpose rather than dressing the price up. If you would rather talk it through before you commit, book a call and we will be straight with you about whether it suits your business.
What do I need before I can start?
Your trade, roughly what you charge, and the hours you work. That is the form. You can change any of it later, and if you get stuck on a question you can leave it and we will pick it up with you.
What actually counts as fair use?
The minutes your assistant spends on calls, and the messages it sends to your customers. Both are printed above. Sales calls it screened out never count, because you should not pay for the calls you did not want.
What if I go over?
We ring you and sort the right plan. Nothing is cut off and no surprise charge appears. If you are over because your month was mad, that is a good problem and we will say so.
Can I move from Solo to Team?
Yes, whenever you need to, and it takes effect straight away. No setting it all up again.
How do I cancel?
