Is it worth it?
Against a person
A part-time admin person is well over a thousand pounds a month, plus the holiday, the sick days and the awkward conversation when it is not working out. Adminmate is £99, works Sundays, and never resents the workload.
Against one job
One missed bathroom or one missed rewire is worth more than a year of this. You do not need it to work miracles, you need it to catch the calls you were never going to reach.

Is there VAT on top?
No. The price you see is the whole price payable. We are not VAT registered, so nothing is added at the checkout. Worth knowing if you are VAT registered yourself: it also means there is no VAT on our invoice for you to reclaim.
Is there a free trial?
Not one you can pick on here. Signing up on the website is paid from the day you start, and you can cancel in one tap if it is not for you. We sometimes agree a 14-day free trial on a call: the card goes on during the call, straight into Stripe, nothing is charged for 14 days, and the first payment is taken after that unless you have cancelled. Book a call if you would rather talk it through first.
What does Lite leave out?
The phone line. On a Lite plan there is no number to divert to and nothing answers your calls. Everything you do by text, WhatsApp or the app is there: quotes, invoices, chasing, the diary, the bank feed and the morning summary.
What do I need before I can start?
Your trade, roughly what you charge, and the hours you work. That is the form. You can change any of it later, and if you get stuck on a question you can leave it and we will pick it up with you.
What actually counts as fair use?
The minutes your assistant spends on calls, where your plan has a phone line, and the messages it sends to your customers. Both are printed above. Sales calls it screened out never count, because you should not pay for the calls you did not want.
What if I go over?
We ring you and sort the right plan. Nothing is cut off and no surprise charge appears. If you are over because your month was mad, that is a good problem and we will say so.
Can I move between plans?
Yes, whenever you need to, and it takes effect straight away. No setting it all up again. Moving up to a plan with the phone line means a number to divert to, which we sort with you.
How do I cancel?
One tap, no notice period and nobody rings to talk you out of it. It takes effect straight away and the unused part of what you have paid for is refunded to your card, pro rata by the day, whether you pay monthly or yearly. Your data exports in one tap too, and it is yours.
