Price it from your own rates, send it with your name on it, and know the moment they open it. Built for UK trades, not for an office.
Most jobs are lost in the gap between the visit and the quote. The customer has three people round; the first decent quote in their inbox is the one they read properly. A quote typed up on Sunday night, after the other two have landed, is a quote read for the price alone.
Adminmate keeps your prices in a rate card you set up once: day rate, hourly, call-out, the parts you use most. A quote is picking the lines, not retyping them, so it goes out from the van while the job is fresh and the customer still remembers your face.
Set your prices once. Every quote is built from them, line by line, with nothing guessed. Change a price in Settings and the next quote uses it.
Your business name at the top, the lines the customer asked for, VAT handled the way you told it to, your terms at the foot. A PDF and a link they can open on their phone.
You see the quote, you tap send. It goes to the customer in your business's name with a link to accept on the page.
You're told the first time they open it, and again when they accept. Accepted means the job is on the board and the deposit is asked for.
A quote with no answer gets a polite nudge ready on days 3, 7 and 14. Three at most. Each waits for your tap.
Hi Mrs Hughes, here's your quote from DW Plumbing for the new shower: £756.00. Open it here, and accept on the page if you're happy.
A sole trader or a small firm that prices its own work: plumbers, electricians, builders, roofers, plasterers, decorators, gardeners, heating engineers. If you price from a day rate, an hourly rate, a call-out and a list of the parts you fit every week, your prices are already a rate card; the software just stops you retyping them.
It's not for a firm with an estimator and a bill of quantities, or for anyone who needs supplier price books pulled in live. It is for the trade who quotes between jobs, from the van, and wants it to look like it came from an office.
The usual way of quoting is three tools and a memory. The app is one screen, and the memory is the job.
Yes. The app is built for a phone. Open the job, pick the lines, add the parts, send. A simple quote takes a couple of minutes, standing in the kitchen.
Then book the visit in the diary and quote after. Tell the app you need to see most jobs first and it won't rush you.
Yes. The link opens the quote with your business name on it and an accept button. If you've set a deposit rule, they see the deposit there too.
Two plans, printed in full. We're not VAT registered, so the price you see is the whole price.
One of you, the app on its own.
