The app on its own

Quotes out faster. Invoices paid sooner. One tap each.

A quoting and invoicing app built for UK trades. Price the job from your own rates, send it with one tap, see the moment they open it, and let it remind you to chase the quote, the deposit and the invoice. No AI, no call answering, just the app.

Dean's list at 7am. Everything waiting on him, one tap each.

Sound familiar?

The paperwork is where the money leaks.

The quote goes out two days late, typed on the sofa, and by then they've had two others.

You sent it, they went quiet, and you've no idea if they even opened it.

The deposit was agreed on the doorstep and never actually asked for.

The invoice from three weeks ago is still sitting in your head, not in their inbox.

What it does

What the quoting and invoicing app does, from the quote to the books.

In the order a job happens, with the words it really sends. Anything that goes to a customer waits for your tap.

1 · Quote

A professional quote in minutes, from your own prices

Open the job, pick the lines from your rate card, add the parts. It comes out numbered, with your business name at the top, VAT handled and your terms at the foot. One tap sends it by text or email, with a link and a PDF.

Hi Mrs Hughes, here's your quote from DW Plumbing for the new shower: £756.00. Open it here, and accept on the page if you're happy.

2 · Opened

Know the moment they open it

The quote page tells you the first time it's opened, so you're not guessing. Open and no answer? That's the time for a quick call, while it's in front of them. Quotes that get a timely follow-up are the quotes that get accepted.

3 · Chase

Reminded to chase, so you never have to remember

A quote that's gone quiet gets a polite nudge ready for you on days 3, 7 and 14. An invoice past its date gets one at 3, 10 and 17 days overdue. Three at most, never in your customers' quiet hours. Each one waits for your yes and goes in your business's name.

Text to Mrs HughesHello Mrs Hughes, it’s Dean’s assistant at DW Plumbing. Just checking our invoice reached you.
4 · Deposit

The deposit asked for, not just mentioned

Set your rule once: a percentage, a fixed amount, or only on jobs over a certain size. It goes on the quote, the customer sees it when they accept, and if it doesn't arrive you're reminded to ask again. No awkward doorstep conversation.

Mr and Mrs Jones have accepted the £4,200 bathroom quote. Deposit due: £1,050.

5 · Invoice

The invoice out before you've left the drive

Raise it from the quote in a tap: numbered, dated, VAT and CIS done right, your bank details and a reference on it. One more tap sends it. When the money lands, mark it paid and the chasing stops.

Please use reference INV-134 so your payment finds this invoice.

6 · Accounts

Into Xero or QuickBooks, posted once

Connect your accounts once. When an invoice goes out, a card asks if you want it posted. Say yes and it's in your books, posted once and never twice, so your accountant sees the same numbers you do and nothing is typed in a second time.

All in one place

Every customer, job, quote and invoice, on one screen you can find.

Everything about a job lives on the job. No more scrolling through texts for the address.

  • A page per customer, with their jobs, quotes, invoices and every message both ways.
  • Customers can text and email you, and it lands on their page, not lost in your phone.
  • Your diary, with the job on the day you picked when they said yes.
  • Receipts photographed in the app, against the job they belong to.
  • Hours logged, so you know what the job really cost you.
  • Your data leaves with you if you ever go. Export it any time.
Teams

Up to 10 of you for £42.99 a month. Not per person.

Team Minimum is one flat price for up to 10 people, including you. A diary each, work put on the right person, and one view of who is where and what is owed. Most trade apps charge for every user; this one doesn't.

  • A diary each, and the job on the right person's day.
  • Everyone sees the same customer page and the same quote.
  • Only the owner can make an admin, and only the owner sees the money settings.
  • 750 pooled customer messages a month, so the busy one can use them.
What it doesn't do

No AI. No call answering. That's the point of the price.

This plan is the app and nothing else. Your calls stay with you. Nothing is drafted for you by text, and nothing is sent to anyone without your tap. If you'd rather the calls were answered and the quotes drafted from a text, that's the full Adminmate, from £99 a month, and you can move up any time.

Questions

Quoting and invoicing app questions, answered straight

Is this the whole app, or a cut-down one?

The whole app. Quotes, invoices, chasing, deposits, the diary, customers, receipts, hours, Xero and QuickBooks. What's left out is the assistant: no call answering, and nothing drafted from a text. You do it in the app, with one tap where a tap will do.

How does it know when a quote has been opened?

Every quote goes out as a link with your business name on it. The first time that link is opened, the quote is marked opened and you're told. One timestamp, the first time only. No open counter, no tracking of who or where.

Does it send chasers by itself?

No. Any price, quote, invoice or chase waits for your yes. It gets the reminder ready at the right time and puts it in front of you; you tap, and it goes in your business's name. It stops the moment they pay or reply.

Can customers pay through it?

Your bank details and a reference go on every invoice, so they pay you straight into your account. When the money lands you mark it paid in a tap and the chasing stops.

Does it do VAT and CIS?

Yes. Tell it once whether you're VAT registered and whether your prices are on top of VAT or already include it, and every quote and invoice reads your figures the same way. CIS deductions go on the invoice where they apply.

What about Xero and QuickBooks?

Connect either one in Settings. When an invoice is sent, a card asks whether to post it. Say yes and it's in your books, once. If the connection ever needs renewing, it tells you rather than quietly losing anything.

What does 250 customer messages mean?

That's the texts and emails to your customers in a month: quotes, invoices, chasers and the odd reply. Most sole traders use a fraction of it. Going over is never a surprise bill; we get in touch and sort the right plan.

Is there a contract?

No. Monthly rolls on and you can cancel in one tap, with the unused days refunded. Yearly is ten months' price and the unused time is refunded the same way.

Can I move up to the plan with call answering later?

Yes, whenever you like. Your customers, jobs and history all come with you. We set the phone side up with you on a call.

Your next quote, out in a tap.

Set up takes a few minutes: your business, your prices, your terms. Then the first quote.
